Pensarn is a northern suburb of Abergele and lies on the Irish Sea coast in North Wales. Abergele itself is a small market town of around 10,000 people situated between the holiday resorts of Colwyn Bay and Rhyl. The town is large enough to have all the amenities neccessary for modern life, but small enough to retain a freindly feel.
Transport links to Penarn and Abergele are very good. The railway station has frequent services to Manchester and Llandudno, passing through Rhyl, Prestatyn and Chester amongst other places. Local buses pass through Pensarn every ten minutes, giving the peace and quiet of the beach and the convenience of living in town. Road links are also good with the town lying on the A55 North Wales Expressway.
The long sandy beach at Pensarn is popular with holiday makers, many of whom love the coast here so much that they have moved to the area permanently. The mountainous countryside of North Wales is also close by.
